Goregrind

A poor soul turned into a hulking zombie due to extensive experimentation. It operate its vicious, arm- mounted chainsaw using brainwaves that pass through the cable attached from its main head to the chainsaw. With savage brutality and ruthlessness, it slices and dices its victims.
